Primary & Secondary School

THE NEED

Government schools in Milot, Haiti are often over capacity and poor quality leaving students are ill-prepared for their governmental exams.

While private education is an option, the tuition is unaffordable for most families.

The Plan

In 2021, FPSM began an initiative to meet the primary and secondary schooling needs of Milot with the founding of École Chrétienne Mondelus de Lambert (Mondelus Christian School of Lambert).

ABOUT our school

École Chrétienne Mondelus de Lambert (Mondelus Christian School of Lambert) opened in August 2021 with twenty kindergarten students from our local community in Milot. With each new school year, another class will be added. This phased approach is beneficial for FPSM, the school, and the individual students. First, a phased approach will allow FPSM to work within our means and develop initiatives that will allow us to subsidize tuition costs for students, ensuring that the school has longevity and tuition remains affordable. Second, it will allow the teachers to set the culture and standard for the school slowly so that when new students are enrolled they are entering a firmly established culture that is Gospel centered and God honoring. Third, it will allow us to form the student both academically and spiritually from a very young age. Our hope with this phased approach is to create a quality learning environment that has longevity and fulfills our mission, to equip and empower students holistically in order to engage the world as committed image-bearers of Christ.
